1. What is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ is 5000pcs.

2. Can you accept custom logo or printing?
A: Yes. We can do silk-screen printing or foil printing for custom logo. 

3. Can you provide samples?
A: Yes. We can provide existing samples for free. Customers only afford shipping cost of $35~$50 depending on the specific address. We can also provide custom samples. A sample charge of US$50~$100 will be charged, it depends on the final design & size of hangers.

4. What is the lead time for sampling?
A: It takes about 5 to 7 days for sampling after sample charge paid.

5. What is the lead time for bulk production?
A: It takes about 12 to 15 days for bulk production after payment is done.

6. How to ship the order?
A:  If quantity is less than 10,000pcs or not too heavy, we normally ship the goods via international couriers such as FedEx, DHL or UPS. If quantity is big, we can ship the goods by air or by sea.
